Free suite seats at random occasions, world travel to meet with teams, etc. Great for sports fans.
Cons
Innately, large projects take a very long time to complete. You may work on the same project for years and still have no built work to show for it. You'll watch friends do many normal-sized projects in the time it takes you to do one building. Culture at this firm promotes specializing into either "designer" or "technical" career trajectory. IMO, this leads to some challenges for projects and is a barrier to creating well-rounded architects.
