- Office based in beautiful part of London. - Above average salaries (don't be fooled) - International projects - Software training - LinkedIn learning, In-house classes (pre-covid)

Cons

- Terrible virtual machine I.T. system (Super slow even when upload/ download speeds are strong from home. Minimal IT support. - Not expected but highly recommended to supply your own hardware. Otherwise you are supplied with a low budget ChromeBook - Regular arguments between different disapline management and junior/ senior staff. - expect to work overtime all the time. Contract hours 9.30 - 17.30. Most people are working until 19.00+ - No support for further qualifications ie. Pathway to Chartership. -

Collaborative across offices, regions, states. Great amounts of travel opportunity. Small firm feel in a bigger firm.

Cons

Standards and leadership are still trying to catch up with the growth rate of the firm. Small firm culture which is great... but also entails small firm practices, standards and leadership values that are out of date.
