The marketing department does not have good culture. Management is basically nonexistent in the marketing department. There is zero leadership. They will set you up to fail. The onboarding process is horrendous. They will expect you to work alone after a couple of weeks and do not take well if you have questions about their process, etc (because they have no process). If you are a marketing professional, please do not waste your time here. There are several other great companies that value and appreciate their employees!
