      Relaxing environment, friendly co-workers, value-adding projects get approved pretty fast.

      Cons

      Executive team seems out of touch with employees. As a result, top talents have been leaving the company at an alarming rate. IT system is quite obsolete and slow. The industry as a whole doesn't have a very promising future.

      Pros

      Great culture, awesome benefits, great work life balance! Populus and it's really cares about their employees. They are always looking for ways to improve overall employee engagement and satisfaction. They allow for a hybrid working schedule and offers a generous PTO plan. Leadership is supportive and understanding, encouraging open dialogue and transparency. Glad I work here.

      Toxic environment with maybe the worst pay discrepancy in the business. No future.
