      The salary was fair for the position I held

      Cons

      No compassion and/or caring, they continually tell you what you have done wrong. Thank you and compliments are not in their vocabulary, this is from the top down. Long hours, No family/ home, work life balance.

      Pros

      Great culture, awesome benefits, great work life balance! Populus and it's really cares about their employees. They are always looking for ways to improve overall employee engagement and satisfaction. They allow for a hybrid working schedule and offers a generous PTO plan. Leadership is supportive and understanding, encouraging open dialogue and transparency. Glad I work here.
