Populus Group is very selective in their hiring and predominantly hires for your character (who you are), not for competence (what you know). Once in the community, opportunities abound for those that create their own path and work towards their next opportunity. If you don't want to work hard, fail forward and control your destiny in your career, Populus Group is not the place for you.
Cons
Very open culture, where you are encouraged to be yourself and truly get to know your teammates. If you want and thrive in an environment where you put your head down, get your job done, and keep to yourself, you won't be happy at Populus Group. If you want to stay within your comfort zone, you won't be happy at Populus Group.
