Pros
Not much interaction with personnel, if that is good thing? Pay seems average, staff is friendly and replies within 24 hours usually.
Cons
No benefits, the benefits offered are way higher than the average you would pay outright to any medical insurance company for their most basic plan. Its like paying top dollar, for no coverage. Every benefit offered you pay outright for, no 401 k match. Only one plan meets the govt. mandate, and it has a super high deductible so you cant insure your family. No sick days, no jury duty days.
