Pros
The people, the culture, the job! What is not to love?! I love the mentality that PG lives be "find a way". They let you be YOU and your opinion matters. this is a "speak up" culture where you are expected to share your voice.
Cons
Compensation is not where it could be in this industry. Not very many opportunities for promotion.
