At times the upper management/leadership of Populus Group doesn't take the time to really slow down and hear issues. They often ask and ask for more, but don't give the proper support to the employees to accomplish goals. The leadership often has unrealistic expectations when it comes to projects. Populus Group needs to be willing to make the investment in employees and projects. Too often employees hands are tied.
Promotions are afforded, but you have to work extremely hard to prove you're worth or be in the right place at the right time. Many employees with great potential have left because they were left with unfulfilled promises.
