Pros
Family (team 1) is important to leaders and climbers so you don't have to feel guilty for taking your kids to school or running to a doctors appointment. Leaders encourage climbers to grow, learn, and develop in their careers.
Cons
Ecosystem gaps that need more attention. In due time, I'm sure they will continue to develop but sometimes the people in the mist of the work really know what can close those gaps.
