Pros
Looking back at the company -Good/friendly culture -Driven people who want to get the job done -Sets you up to be successful after tenure is complete Just about everyone I worked with has gone on to work at F500 companies and are doing well. I don’t believe that it’s by accident.
Cons
Hard to say, I’ve been removed for some time. Like most smaller companies there are some organizational aspects that could have been more efficient and at times the culture would move towards the feeling of cult. BUT, at the end of the day for a majority of the PG population this is a fantastic stepping stone that really prepares you for future endeavors.
