Cons
Outside sales is not for everyone - it needs to be treated as owning your own company. Moments of low sales are not good but this is a job where you need to work thinking ahead to the following months or even year. If Spanish is not your native language there can be a bit of disconnection with upper management and headquarters but all factory company associates speak English and are extremely helpful - cultural difference can be a bit intimidating but if you reach out they will be there for you. As far as field job, this is a company that does not take you by the hand - you are given a brief overview training and off you go- if you are an independent type of worker then this is for you - if you are expecting everything to be taught this is not for you.
