Pros

Beautiful product that people want to buy. When you are selling well, they treat you with highest regard. ability to connect with colleagues across the world and travel to the factories in Spain with clients.

Cons

the sales goals ALWAYS go up, and if you cannot meet them (regardless of how profitable you have been for them in the past), they will replace you immediately. It can be a very highly stressful work environment that has no balance for your personal life. Management is cold and unforgiving. Very much a "boys club". Promotions opportunities are minimal and are usually given to Spaniards. So many empty promises made verbally that are never materialized. They will say yes now and then change their mind later when it is too late for you and/or the clients. Their business model is set up for immediate success but not for long term relationships with clients. they cannot be trusted.

Pros

Collaborating with Porcelanosa has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my design career. From the beginning, I was struck by the brand's commitment to innovation, quality, and timeless elegance. As a designer, having access to their extensive product range—especially their porcelain tiles, bathroom collections, and kitchen systems—felt like unlocking a new level of creative potential. What stood out most was the seamless integration of form and function in their materials. Their surfaces are not only visually stunning but also incredibly durable and versatile, which allowed me to push the boundaries of my designs without compromising on practicality. Working closely with the Porcelanosa team, I found their product specialists to be knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about design. They were always ready to collaborate, offer solutions, and provide support, whether it was sourcing a specific material or customizing a product for a particular space.

Cons

Premium Pricing Porcelanosa products are positioned in the luxury segment, which means they come with a higher price tag. For clients with strict budgets, this can limit options or require trade-offs elsewhere in the project. Lead Times and Availability Some products, especially newer or more exclusive lines, may have long lead times or limited availability, particularly if they are sourced from overseas. This can affect project timelines if not managed early in the design process.
