Pros

Porcelanosa offers a great product and an OK salary, but pretty good health benefits. As a sales rep, you do get to dine pretty well on occasion.

Cons

Inconsistent and impatient management. You never really know what's expected of you and will often be told not to do something and then reprimanded when it wasn't done and vice versa. As a sales rep, you are not only expected to get your own leads, but you have to do literally everything from sample delivery, presentations, sales quotes, shipping quotes, shipping tracking, fetching payment, data entry, and issue resolution. Many other sales rep careers let you focus on one thing... selling, while leaving the administrative work to the proper department. Also, it seems quite apparent that the best jobs in this company are offered only to Spaniards. During my year with the company, I only knew of two individuals in advanced rolls who were not spanish. Also, in my year with the company, our team of six went through 4 individuals... definitely a revolving door, and with good reason.

Pros

Collaborating with Porcelanosa has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my design career. From the beginning, I was struck by the brand's commitment to innovation, quality, and timeless elegance. As a designer, having access to their extensive product range—especially their porcelain tiles, bathroom collections, and kitchen systems—felt like unlocking a new level of creative potential. What stood out most was the seamless integration of form and function in their materials. Their surfaces are not only visually stunning but also incredibly durable and versatile, which allowed me to push the boundaries of my designs without compromising on practicality. Working closely with the Porcelanosa team, I found their product specialists to be knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about design. They were always ready to collaborate, offer solutions, and provide support, whether it was sourcing a specific material or customizing a product for a particular space.

Cons

Premium Pricing Porcelanosa products are positioned in the luxury segment, which means they come with a higher price tag. For clients with strict budgets, this can limit options or require trade-offs elsewhere in the project. Lead Times and Availability Some products, especially newer or more exclusive lines, may have long lead times or limited availability, particularly if they are sourced from overseas. This can affect project timelines if not managed early in the design process.
