Pros

free parking, toilet facilities, staff kitchen

Cons

The company showroom is merely to show a presence of the brand, the majority of the business is through trade and third party, which leaves very little customers for sales staff to sell directly through. You will be filtering and battling to get a customer who doesnt have any trade of third party affiliation with the business developer staff. This can cause friction within the workplace and sales staff. Half an hour lunch break and 43 hour weeks, so long days, customers only purchase in sale periods and reserve the right to ask for sale prices if mis sold once the sale starts. Be prepared to expect no customers some days. You will be expected to service trade and third party customers and deal with customer service issues recent and ancient. Products take 4/5 weeks to arrive to the UK it is not a quick turnaround. You will not get a commission if you don't reach your quarterly targets, commision is 1%. Your team mates will be on different targets and different salary packages justified with different job titles given they do exactly the same work. Nepotism is rife and being Spanish or aesthetically attractive can aid you in being considered for future opportunities. No holidays given that coincide with the UK Archaic company values.

Pros

Collaborating with Porcelanosa has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my design career. From the beginning, I was struck by the brand's commitment to innovation, quality, and timeless elegance. As a designer, having access to their extensive product range—especially their porcelain tiles, bathroom collections, and kitchen systems—felt like unlocking a new level of creative potential. What stood out most was the seamless integration of form and function in their materials. Their surfaces are not only visually stunning but also incredibly durable and versatile, which allowed me to push the boundaries of my designs without compromising on practicality. Working closely with the Porcelanosa team, I found their product specialists to be knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about design. They were always ready to collaborate, offer solutions, and provide support, whether it was sourcing a specific material or customizing a product for a particular space.

Cons

Premium Pricing Porcelanosa products are positioned in the luxury segment, which means they come with a higher price tag. For clients with strict budgets, this can limit options or require trade-offs elsewhere in the project. Lead Times and Availability Some products, especially newer or more exclusive lines, may have long lead times or limited availability, particularly if they are sourced from overseas. This can affect project timelines if not managed early in the design process.
