Pros
Employee events (some), good food at events, having the name Porsche on your resume. Full-time employees can lease a brand new Porsche of their choosing every six months for a discounted price.
Cons
There is no promoting here; at this company, you don't move up in the ranks. If there is an option position open, Porsche will hire outside the company. They take forever to fill positions, which is not a terrible thing, but it is when a GM position has been open for over half a year. The senior management at this company is a joke. If you are a contractor or an intern, don't hold your breath on getting hired. Porsche will promise you a job to keep you there, doing work for minimal pay, but will never hire you. You will not get the same perks as the full-time employees. You will, however, do the same amount of work.
