Good company culture within org

Disorganized but expected of a smaller startup type company

From the outside, this company is incredible. Has done amazing things for women's health. The team of women leading deals is great. CEO comes across at first as dynamic and caring. The pay and benefits I was offered seemed good.

If you take a job here you will regret it. The needless chaos is shocking for a company that's been going as long as it has. The CEO is nice to you until you join and then you're her servant. Nothing you do will ever be good enough. All the other reviews are right about this point. She says nice things on the team calls and then treats you like crap, the the point of I felt gaslighted. The other shocking thing is the high turnover rate. People don't stay because the CEO is impossible to please or work with. Other management is a mixed bag. Some are nice, some are more like the CEO. I don't know how this company has been in business for so long.
