The misogynistic views and systemic racism runs deep at PGE. The company talks about being more diverse, but management doesn't care about fixing any of the embedded toxic environment nor have any self awareness that it exists. Sure the company uses courses to teach diversity and have annual surveys, but these are just checklist agenda that management are being force to do for the company. At the end of the day, these managers will still manage based on their deep seeded white supremist believes. If you're not white or male, your voice will be filtered. I'm only speaking in a generic term, as not all managers are this way, but there are definitely wolves on sheep's clothing in upper/middle management.
