Pros

One of the things I value most about working at PBS is the supportive and collaborative environment. The company encourages professional growth by providing guidance from experienced BCBAs, ongoing learning opportunities, and the resources needed to develop as an RBT. I also appreciate the strong partnership with families. Working closely with caregivers helps create consistency between therapy sessions and daily life, making it easier for clients to practice and maintain new skills across different settings. Being part of a team that values both clinical excellence and family involvement makes PBS a rewarding place to work.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the technical support and reliability of the electronic systems. At times, the platform experiences technical issues that can make documentation or other tasks more challenging. However, the company has continued to make improvements over time, and it is evident that efforts are being made to enhance the system and provide a better experience.

Pros

They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

Cons

You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
