Pros

- I struggle to think of any.

Cons

- Rapid growth, without concern for quality of services - Lots of empty promises, the "next best thing" is always on the horizon - Interested in the bottom line, will micromanage to increase revenue - Lack of follow through on projects - Mandatory use of slow, antiquated, data-base designed by CEO - Disproportionate pay, often influenced by gender (men make more) - Everything seems rushed and put together last minute - Lots of time spent "cleaning up" and redoing projects - Very reactive, not proactive at all - Poor management impacts client care and staff morale negatively

Thank you for your feedback! On behalf of the leadership at PBS, I am truly sorry to hear about some of the issues that you have encountered. While we are always striving to grow and help more families in more regions, we never want that to impact the quality of our employees experience with us or the services we provide. I see that you are a current employee. I would love to have a chat to openly discuss, and hopefully correct, some of these concerns you have brought up. Please feel free to message me at athacker@teampbs.com! - Amanda Thacker, Recruitment Manager

Pros

They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

Cons

You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
