It takes a minimum of 15 hours to complete a report through their portal because Sharepoint is slow, down or deletes work. The PDF for the reports looks unprofessional. I am embarrassed providing a 6 month report to families/other providers. No business cards, no collaboration with others, no team feel among other analysts and RBTs. I take RBTs out on my own dollar to try and give them a sense of community. No ongoing training for RBTs. They are not only representing our company, but the field of ABA as well.
