Pros

Flexible schedule, competitive hourly rate, rewarding work

Cons

Disorganized, unable to provide enough full time hours but will mislead to keep your schedule open to them, does not implement PBS with employees- often utilizes positive punishment procedures with employees which causes low morale.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback! I am glad that our flexible scheduling and the work with your clients was a positive experience for you! We do always expect our teams to be honest and transparent with what cases they are looking to staff , and what expected hours you would be working with those clients. It is also our goal to serve the MANY families who are looking for ABA services, so I am sorry to hear that there was a disconnect between the families you able to serve and the number of families you were wanting to serve. I do see you are a former employee, but if you ever care to follow-up regarding this feedback please don't hesitate to send me a message directly at athacker@teampbs.com

Pros

They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

Cons

You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
