Pros

Worked here for 3 months and I did not see any pros!

Cons

Fraudulent billing with no reprimands, not reported to upper management, even after fraudulent billing is reported it is being dismissed, staff that is not equipped to be promoted to hire positions get promoted due to favoritism but not showing clinical skills, clients not receiving BCBA supervision for several months due to lack of staff, only will staff areas that are highly preferable (e.g., Central OC vs. South OC), parents and staff report difficulty to communicate with upper management team or admin staff, mentality of private contractors and not open communication. PBS pay is pretty well for CA in general but the tier system is unrealistic. Changes per quarter, so if you don't meet your hours for one quarter you get decreased salary every quarter (not putting in account client cancellation, holidays, etc.). Trying to reinforce FL mentality (company based out of FL) not putting in regards CA labor laws, insurance laws in general (especially with CalOptima). Share point system lags and doesn't work. All of this has been reported to upper management.

Pros

They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

Cons

You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
