Pros

One of the better hourly rates in town especially without a degree. Management was responsive, you could talk to the factory manager face to face pretty openly which was nice.

Cons

Hours can be long and overtime frequent.

-My Boss was incredibly understanding and was dedicated to meting me where I was in all aspects of life. For this, I will never forget. You need an employer like this. - My team was genuinely kind and its rare to find a team where they are open to working together versus against you.

Cons

-The benefits arent beneficial if you are trying to grow a family, but it is inexpensive. -Not many growth opportunities
