They offer competitive pay for the area.

Cons

Training is all trial be fire. They show you once while the equipment is off, then expect you to know everything else. When you ask questions, the person who is training you has been there way too long and forgets what it's like to be new.

-My Boss was incredibly understanding and was dedicated to meting me where I was in all aspects of life. For this, I will never forget. You need an employer like this. - My team was genuinely kind and its rare to find a team where they are open to working together versus against you.

Cons

-The benefits arent beneficial if you are trying to grow a family, but it is inexpensive. -Not many growth opportunities
