the people are very friendly but leadeship are not understanding why the performance of like is poor. Compensation has limit hard to grow.

the time off is very poorly barely get time off on the first five years. the office culture are well organize, every month there is oportunity to nominate for employee of month.

-My Boss was incredibly understanding and was dedicated to meting me where I was in all aspects of life. For this, I will never forget. You need an employer like this. - My team was genuinely kind and its rare to find a team where they are open to working together versus against you.

Cons

-The benefits arent beneficial if you are trying to grow a family, but it is inexpensive. -Not many growth opportunities
