Pros

- unlimited PTO for all FTE

Cons

- There is no on-boarding process for new employees. You’re shown your desk and told "we figure out how to get it done" - The company encourages employees to take time off but that’s very difficult to schedule because the company is ran as a skeleton crew shop so its difficult to take time away because of staff shortages, by intentional design! - Managers barely have time to support employees! The motto is "get it done" and since it’s a skeletal crew. Managers barely have time to support or help employees - Do not expect a pay raise! The CEO made it clear during an all-hands meeting that he’s not encouraging any pay raises and that employees should be glad the food consumer business is a recession proof industry - The culture is work.. meetings… work… meetings and more meetings!! - Managers do NOT encourage employees that perform good work. What’s interesting, when told to "get the job done”. Managers and other employees talked badly about employees if there's mistakes, go figure..!! - There’s a custom that employees with 5+ tenure years are quitting bi-weekly and there goes the knowledge with them - During another all-hands meeting, employees brought up the conversation about having a diverse work environment.. The chief human resource officer replied, and I’m being verbatim, “We’re looking to recruit at black universities”..!! That confirms a lot about the diversity that’s not already there...

Cons

-The benefits arent beneficial if you are trying to grow a family, but it is inexpensive. -Not many growth opportunities
