Pros

- maintenance supervisor is great and will provide any specialty tools/training

Cons

- quick turnaround and poor training so not a lot of knowledge on the floor - management is untrustworthy - horrible morale in the maintenance shop - run from the states and everyone is scared to make decisions on their own

-My Boss was incredibly understanding and was dedicated to meting me where I was in all aspects of life. For this, I will never forget. You need an employer like this. - My team was genuinely kind and its rare to find a team where they are open to working together versus against you.

Cons

-The benefits arent beneficial if you are trying to grow a family, but it is inexpensive. -Not many growth opportunities
