Old Hat Managers constantly add additional duties without regards to current obligations, and then complain that work is moving slowly Burnout is an issue for many Certain leaders in Post Holdings have a large orbit. What they say immediately invalidates any lesser opinions, and people (my direct supervisor as an example) will likely walk on top of you to appease said leaders.

-My Boss was incredibly understanding and was dedicated to meting me where I was in all aspects of life. For this, I will never forget. You need an employer like this. - My team was genuinely kind and its rare to find a team where they are open to working together versus against you.

Cons

-The benefits arent beneficial if you are trying to grow a family, but it is inexpensive. -Not many growth opportunities
