Pros

Very varied work in terms of exposure to media channels and sheer variety of products from FS to Telco to Mails to Fishing Rod Licenses! Great people who look out for each other as a team. A healthy mix of people who have been there forever and new blood.

Cons

All the restructures have left very limited resources and therefore heavy workloads. There is a lot of reactive chaos to deal with, often meaning short lead times but no reduction in expectations. It's quite difficult to move upwards.
