Pros
Lovely office in a great location in London. Lots of places to grab lunch. Great work flexibility and comfort; all staff can work 2 days from home. The people are welcoming and great to work and have fun with.
Cons
There’s a lack of leadership and engagement in the business. Nobody is motivated to test and try new things and empowered to promote change. The business is very slow to market and splash money in the wrong places and at wrong people. Lack of direction of where the business is going. Very high turnover due to lack of clarity and motivation. There no opportunities to learn, develop or progress. Brand has potential of being a huge player in the market but lack knowledge, cultural and social awareness.
