management and corporate is terrible often not doing anything to improve the store the only things that they have done worsens the store members are often very lazy and our gm does nothing about it terrible work life balance try telling your gm that you cant work certain days like 2 days out of the week and youll still be scheduled for thoose days and expected to come in also tell me why a highschooler is working up to 35 hours a week dont expect any raises or to move up in the company even if you have shown your worth and that your hardworking and are more than capable to be a shift lead or anything else
