Pros
The managers and the co-workers are very helpful, supportive, and laid back. They do value their employees and treat you with respect. I think the experience at Potbelly's is better than that of other food places. I overall had a great experience. They are very good about time off and allowing you enough time to have a life.
Cons
The downside is the same at possibly every place of employment you might be on schedule with a coworker you might have a problem with or certain managers are not as easy to work with as others. However this was very rare. The other problem that potential employees might like to know is that Potbelly's is very fast paced and can get very busy in the blink of an eye.
