Wasn't there long enough to say anything positive

Cons

Team Lead & training is horribble. They expect you to know everything within a week and be on the phone. Limit time on calls is 5 mins can't be more than that on a call is horrible. I seen few time where employee ask for help on escalated call team lead would give a dirty look.

Working with friendly outgoing talented people makes you want to come to work each day. The hybrid schedule is an added bonus. The employee discount is a wonderful perk with so many catalogs to choose from!

Cons

There are no downsides! Even the onsite cafeteria is great!
