Pros

Do your numbers and try not to be too clever. Manager by numbers, so you won't be bothered if you are doing the minimum. No direct management so easy. People are nice, but bitter.

Cons

You won't learn anything quickly, standards are nil, place is dirty, working conditions dangerous and management is just people who lack people skills.

Working with friendly outgoing talented people makes you want to come to work each day. The hybrid schedule is an added bonus. The employee discount is a wonderful perk with so many catalogs to choose from!

Cons

There are no downsides! Even the onsite cafeteria is great!
