Decent benefits, PTO, flexibility. Good people in general.

Cons

IT technical staff is more or less ineffective. Relies on external vendors way too much. For a company this big they should have more internal expertise.

Working with friendly outgoing talented people makes you want to come to work each day. The hybrid schedule is an added bonus. The employee discount is a wonderful perk with so many catalogs to choose from!

Cons

There are no downsides! Even the onsite cafeteria is great!
