Pros

It was strange at first to be surrounded by people that care about each other. In this time of rapid growth and constant work with computers, we tend to forget that we are humans. As part of the Povio team, you get reminded by small acts of kindness and care that we are all people. In an effort to put pressure off the developers, Povio set up a team of advisors whose sole role is to be there for a developer and deal with any issues he or she might have. Workload, tight timelines, communication with a client - it all becomes manageable when there is a will to help and resolve problems. Povio made sure that someone is there to listen and move the obstacle. Trust and respect is always a two-way street. By being there for its team, Povio's team is there for Povio. Relying on each other, we grow stronger and our work becomes easier. The support system at its best.

Cons

For freelancers, face to face contact is missing and the majority of communication is held over Slack

Pros

Povio is a great company to be part of. The culture is supportive, the people are highly skilled, and there’s a strong focus on quality and growth. It’s an environment where you can truly learn, contribute, and feel valued.

Cons

As an agency-based company, project availability can vary. During periods between projects, it can sometimes feel like your impact is less visible. Additionally, switching between different clients or projects in a short time frame can be challenging.
