Pros
The company has a great team atmosphere, where everyone is willing to learn from each other and to also mentor when needed. It’s a really friendly atmosphere, where everyone feels included, no matter if they’re a part of our core-team or collaborating with us as freelancers. As a proactive person, I was always provided with a clear communication and the necessary resources. Plus, I have a fantastic manager who always gives clear instructions, and making sure I have opportunities to learn and grow. He helps me come up with my own solutions and most importantly, he’s not micromanaging me.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that communication between different departments could be a bit more streamlined. Sometimes it feels like not everyone is always aware of what another team is working on.
