Pros

Great benefits and services for employees. Improved HR department in recent years. Kind and competent employees at many levels of the business. Cafes and recreational area in some facilities. Afternoon shift and overnight shifts pay a percentage more (Manufacturing positons)

Cons

Poor training program for all states of the business. Safety programs are backed by a few good employees and many more that could care less. Safety is ignored when convenient and disregrarded completely when busy but enforced with prejudice when an accident occurs. Lack of communication between shifts, departments, supervisors, managers, engineers, and leads. Most management plays into favoritism for promotions. Poor equipment/machine maintenance. Constant blame game between managers, supervisors, leads, and employees. Bad overall moral due to management. Overall market value for most manufacturing positions is poor being 15 to 20 percent under market value

Pros

Excellent work environment, great service, and professional treatment, The people were the best part—super collaborative and always ready to help. The company offered solid benefits, like great health insurance and a 401(k) match. Fun office events kept morale high.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of any cons; it’s a warm and welcoming place.
