Pros
I liked working there. The pay is fair and there is frequently overtime. Benefits good too. Until my last week everyone except two people were really nice. I was proud of what we were making.
Cons
There was a hostile coworker who I dealt with for many weeks before telling her off (no profanity, threats, yelling or name calling). She is generally disliked and a back biting, overeager, management suckup with limited experience. First Saturday without a supervisor or our lead there, she became a tyrant and it escalated from there. I had years of experience did good work, had perfect attendance and no other issues. Management took her side and after two meetings and several days passed I was issued a Final Warning with nothing previous. It meant that I could be fired immediately for anything on the spot and was also ineligible for raises or advancement for a year. It was overkill and unjust. So I resigned. They didn't even acknowledge my communications. They have had high turnover. Other than that it's a massive, non climate controlled and dirty heavy industrial work environment - which didn't bother me. The way my future with them ended will always bother me.
