Pros

There are a lot of friendly people to work alongside from a large melting pot of nations. Not too much else.

Cons

The pay and subsequent "raises" are a joke. Favoritism and nepotism are rampant. There are way too many "bosses" on the factory floor while the actual "management" is rather incompetent. The companies' commitment to safety is merely lip service. There usually has to be a catastrophic event in order to get any action.

Excellent work environment, great service, and professional treatment, The people were the best part—super collaborative and always ready to help. The company offered solid benefits, like great health insurance and a 401(k) match. Fun office events kept morale high.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of any cons; it’s a warm and welcoming place.
