Pros
Management doesn't pressure you too much, they mainly want to see a quality product produced. They are also easy to approach if you have a question about what you're working on or if you want to give constructive feedback.
Cons
There could sometimes be more communication between departments. The temporary employees would get no warning when they're services would no longer be needed, even after telling some of them that they would be hired on after their first 90 days.
