There are some extremely friendly and helpful people spread around the company.
Cons
Incredibly toxic work environment due to a blame culture created by upper management. This has resulted in colleagues being unwilling to help solve problems through fear they'll be held responsible for the original mistake. Very low salary compared to going market rate, pay rises non existent, Powell act like you should be thankful to have a job rather than them being grateful for your efforts. Company is more interested in looking good on linkedin rather than making a meaningful change to working conditions. There is no overtime pay, we have on numerous occasions been pressured in to working overtime for free, due management taking on more work than the department has capacity for. where as on the flip side, when there is a low work load employees are asked/pressured in to taking unpaid leave to reduce wage bill. Little opportunity for progression.
