      Pros

      Powell is big on accountability, teaching employees the importance of self-accountability and creating leaders. They promote from within and assist employees to create a plan to keep personal growth continuing.

      Cons

      Working in an office setting the only con I have found is not having hybrid/work from home options for hourly employees; however, they do offer flexible work schedule, so I guess it's not really a con.

      Excellent work environment, great service, and professional treatment, The people were the best part—super collaborative and always ready to help. The company offered solid benefits, like great health insurance and a 401(k) match. Fun office events kept morale high.

      Cons

      I honestly can’t think of any cons; it’s a warm and welcoming place.
