Pros

I wanna work somewhere where I can help someone in every way possible. I want to take care of their health and their Well-Being and Can also be there as companion ship.

Cons

I have never really experienced any downsides to working in any retirement homes or in home care facilities. Sometimes my back would hurt but that was Ever so often

Admin hates EMS Constantly having to defend decisions to upper management. Never got a raise
