Power Dry pays very well for the work they expect you to do. They do act like a team and provide as much helps as you could possibly ask for. Everyone is there to help each other. Power Dry also provides the tools necessary to complete the job and training so you feel confident in what you are doing. I would recommend Power Dry and if I needed to return I would be happy to apply again. Management was great to work with. I did not meat anyone above my manager. Power Dry is family oriented and can be flexible.
Cons
The hours are nice, but this job does have surges meaning there can be some long hours on the weekends. You would want to know that before you sign up. I do not know much about advancement or opportunities since I worked every other weekend and same answer with work life balance for full time employees.

Pretty straight forward position and easy to to learn the job; great people(crew) to work with daily
Cons
Not understanding how each project/job affects your pay; not knowing when your day would end; talks of termination weekly during meetings; management cared more about the numbers than the individuals; it seemed like everything you did, you had to CYA on it.
