Pros
There really are too many Pros to count for this company! Every day is a new and exciting day with different events and challenges. The owner of the company is ever present and goes out of his way to let you know that he values, appreciates, and believes in you (even when you doubt yourself) and the work that you are doing.
When you are hired on you are not just gaining a job but a truly tight knit family! There is no cattiness or drama on a daily basis. Power Dry values hard work and commitment to a job well done and rewards it through great pay, benefits, bonuses, promotions, and lots more! I truly love coming in every day and working for a wonderful company that values my time and effort.
Cons
It is hard to think of any cons but if I had to state one it is that in every position you "wear many hats" and sometimes it becomes overwhelming but once you find your groove it all falls into place.
