      Pros

      The culture is great. It's inclusive and everyone wants to help each other. Our customers are always happy to see us and we provide excellent customer service. The company is growing so we are all able to grow with it. Hard work is noticed and rewarded.

      Cons

      Due to the industry the work flow varies a lot. We can go from an even-pace to slammed busy in the same day.

      Pros

      Pretty straight forward position and easy to to learn the job; great people(crew) to work with daily

      Cons

      Not understanding how each project/job affects your pay; not knowing when your day would end; talks of termination weekly during meetings; management cared more about the numbers than the individuals; it seemed like everything you did, you had to CYA on it.
