Pros

When the pay is Good, it’s REALLY GOOD. The company feels like a family. It’s a fun work environment when you are in the office. The benefits are great, the training you receive is good,

Cons

There is ALOT of walking. There are some dry spells. Not every week is going to be a good pay week. The territory you work in, does matter.

Pros

The training and support are second to none. There is a clear investment in developing employees, and leadership is always available to coach and help you improve. The culture is competitive in a healthy way—everyone is encouraged to perform at a high level, but one person’s success doesn’t come at the expense of someone else’s. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement if you’re willing to put in the work, and I appreciated being trusted with growth opportunities early in my time here.

Cons

The performance standards are high, and the role isn’t for everyone. It can be stressful at times because your results are measured closely, but the expectations are communicated clearly.
