Pros
This job treats you as a professional and you either hold that standard or exceed it. I love how it’s completely up to you as far as work ethic and time put into being a high performer and earner. Also the leaders in our departments are always available when it comes to asking for ANY sort of help. There’s incentives for tenure, the newest person, and a diversity of groups that supports one another. Individuals can also refer family, friends, or former colleagues and also receive incentive.
Cons
There are days where I may not get an appointment because it is dependent on another department. There’s also great turnover, which infers that hired individuals interviewed well for the job but weren’t properly educated for the job until they were there or there is slight desperation from the company to hire whomever.
